1. DR. NEET, a product of Vidiyarthi Educational Services Farm, be called and referred to as ‘The First Party’/ ‘DR. NEET’ hereunder.

 

2. The term subscriber/applicant/candidate shall mean the parent/guardian/ward of the candidate, and include the candidate who is registered with DR. NEET who have affixed their signatures/agreed and check on the declaration box and application form and shall, for the purpose of the services subscribed, together be called and referred to as ‘The Second Party’/ ‘Subscriber’ hereunder.

 

3. DR. NEET does not indicate/represent/refer/suggest directly or indirectly any relation/connection/claim with anything related to term “doctor/medical practitioner etc” or any connection relation/claim/representation with term “NEET/NEET exam/NEET authority/NTA etc” in anyway. It is just a brand name for the services provided (digital product/service of Vidiyarthi Educational Services Farm)  to medical aspirants to understand the counselling process based on the previous year scenario / NEET data.

 

4. DR. NEET do not have any Individual/Institutional/Legal identity /entity. It is just a MBBS counselling support product of Vidiyarthi Educational Services Farm. All the legal rights of DR. NEET lies with Vidiyarthi Educational Services Farm.

 

5. Service offered by DR. NEET is only limited to guidance, information, updates and advices to the subscriber to make a suitable career choice. DR. NEET only advices and assists in choosing suitable courses and institutions as per subscriber requirements subject to their performance and eligibility (candidate domicile / State Quota / Category/ others) as prescribed by the concerned governing authorities.

 

6. It shall be the discretion of the subscriber to rely or not to rely on these guidance, information, updates, advices and assistance. DR. NEET holds no responsibility of the decision taken by the subscriber for his/her choice of career.

 

7. DR. NEET is not an agent of medical seats or any medical college, nor does it guarantee a confirmed seat, placement or admission for the subscriber. DR. NEET only assists the subscriber in understanding admission process, requirements, eligibilities, preconditions, etc., as laid down by various medical councils, boards and authorities like NTA, NBE, MCC, NMC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc., and choices available to the subscriber based on the performance and information furnished to DR. NEET.

 

8. All the information (cut-off, fee structure, other expenses details, service bond/discontinuation bond/Bank Guarantee details etc.) furnished on DR. NEET are obtained time to time from official counselling websites (NMC, MCC & State Counselling websites), medical colleges official websites. The information furnished on website may change from time to time. DR. NEET does not hold any responsibility if the information furnished on website does not match with the current situation. All the subscribers are requested to kindly contact the concerned counselling authority or the college directly to get the accurate and latest information about the fee structure, other expenses details, service bond/discontinuation bond/Bank Guarantee details etc. DR. NEET does not hold any responsibility if a subscriber takes admission solely based on information furnished on our website or information provided by any of its representatives. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to get the accurate and latest information from the concerned authority.

 

9. All the analysis including cut-off ranks & marks, marks vs rank, fee structure, college allotment probability, other expenses details, service bond/discontinuation bond/Bank Guarantee details, documentation list, eligibility criteria, college seat matrix, counselling process, quota, categories, sub-categories, list of colleges, prospectus, NMC rules, NTA criteria’s, seat distribution based on reservation etc are based on NEET UG 2023 counselling data. The calculation and probability of DR. NEET analysis is solely based on NEET 2023 counselling scenario.  DR. NEET does not claim, suggest or predict the same outcome this year. This year cut-offs and probability of getting a seat in any medical college depends on various factors like no of colleges participating, seat matrix, reservation policy, no of candidates participating in a particular counselling, latest rules & regulation laid by concerned counselling authorities & NMC. DR. NEET does not hold any responsibility if a subscriber does not secure a seat based on previous year scenario.

 

10. DR. NEET does not take any liabilities if the subscriber fails to get a seat or admission for non-fulfilment of eligibilities, preconditions, etc., as laid down by various medical councils, boards and authorities like NTA, NBE, MCC, NMC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc., underperformance and any other bars and conditions laid down by concerned institution which would render the subscriber ineligible for any course or admission. DR. NEET does not take any liabilities if the subscriber fails to get a seat or admission due to decisions taken by the admission controlling bodies, authorities and institutions.

 

11. DR. NEET only assists and facilitates the subscriber in seeking all information about the NEET Counselling process subject to the service package opted by the applicant.

 

12. DR. NEET provides updates, information and opinions based on past analysis, research, experience and expertise. The said updates and information may change from time to time upon happening and non-happening of uncertain events and developments. DR. NEET does not hold responsibilities in such cases.

 

13. DR. NEET proceeds with various process assuming in good faith that the documents and information provided by the candidate are genuine and accurate as per the declaration. DR. NEET shall not be responsible if the subscriber fails to get a seat or admission due to default committed by the subscriber in cases where there is delay in furnishing relevant information and documents, or produces faulty and incomplete documents or fails to communicate decisions on time as orally prescribed by DR. NEET.

 

14. DR. NEET helps the candidate by advising and guiding the subscriber for seeking admission for various courses, subject to the eligibility, performance and information furnished by the subscriber and does not guarantee any seat, admission to any course or institution.

 

15. DR. NEET does not undertake liabilities for mistakes committed while filling up various forms and applications of the subscriber both online and offline. The subscriber shall be entirely responsible for all mistakes and errors committed therein even if filled by DR. NEET as per subscriber request. DR. NEET does not undertake responsibilities and liabilities, if alerts or notifications are missed.
16. DR. NEET is not bound by any verbal commitments made by any of its employee/s or representative/s. It shall not be held responsible for any such representation made and its consequences.

 

17. Services offered by DR. NEET is inclusive of the listed services as per the subscribed service package and detailed in the Service Sheet. Services under DR. NEET PACKAGE will last up to the end of NEET 2024 Counselling. Any amount payable to the Counseling Board / Authority if any such like; application fee, registration fee, counselling security deposit is not included and shall be payable by the subscriber directly.

 

18. “DR. NEET” registration/subscription fee once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

 

19. DR. NEET after making all efforts, subject to requirements, eligibilities, preconditions, etc., as laid down by various medical councils, boards and authorities like NTA, NBE, MCC, NMC, MCI, IMA, NEET, etc., fails to seek enrollment/seat/admission in the preferred institute/ state/ course based on the eligibility and performance of the subscriber or if the subscriber chooses to terminate the services or opt out, DR. NEET shall not be liable to refund any amount.

 

20. DR. NEET reserves the rights to sue the subscriber if in case it is found out that the subscriber has played fraud, fabricated documents, furnished wrong and false information. In such cases, DR. NEET shall terminate the subscription and the subscription fee paid shall be deemed to be forfeited in its favor.

 

21. DR. NEET ON DEMAND / PLATINUM Package is a separate service package which is not the part of SILVER or GOLD Service package.

 

22. All disputes of civil nature shall, arising out this service agreement, be referred to arbitration. In the event of any conflict, dispute or difference between the parties hereto on any matter in question, dispute or differences on any account shall be first referred to the senior management of the DR. NEET for amicable settlement. If the same is not settled within five (5) days of referring the same to the senior management, the same shall be referred and settled by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The sole arbitrator shall a person qualified and experienced in the subject matter of arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in English language. The seat of arbitration shall be at Kolkata. The governing laws shall be Indian laws. The parties herein shall equally bear all costs associated with such arbitration process.

 

23. One subscriber on DR. NEET means one user and one device. It is strictly prohibited to share the login credential with any other user or login from any another device. It will be considered as violation of this rule. Subscription of such subscriber will be immediately terminated without any notice/warning with forfeiture of subscription fee. Multiple users are not allowed under any circumstances. DR. NEET shall not be liable to refund any amount.

 

24. DR. NEET do not indulge/refer/suggest any unlawful activities or unfair means in the counselling & admission process. We do not refer/suggest any third-party agents/consultants/help/assistance in admission process. It is to be noted that admission/allotment of seat in all the medical colleges (including government, private and deemed) occurs through online counselling only. There is no direct admission process in India.

 

25. We suggest subscriber not to share their login credentials of NEET/NTA/MCC or state counselling to any third party
